-- Case Report Guidelines --

The details of submission of the Case Report are as follows:

  • Deadline for the submission of Case Reports - 15th April 2017 mid night
  • The Scientific Committee takes privilege to invite Case Reports for ASPA 2017.
  • Last date for Case Report submission is 15th April 2017.
  • No further submissions will be entertained later.
  • Candidates whose Case Report have been accepted will be intimated via e-mail by 15th May 2017.
  • Registration to Conference is mandatory for the presenting author.

Guidelines for Submission of Case Report

  • Case Reports must be original and must not have been published in any journal.
  • Case Reports should be submitted through online module only.
  • Case Report content should be in English and should not exceed 250 words/ 2500 characters.
  • This excludes Author & Co-Author Names, Affiliations, Title & References.
  • Abstract should be uploaded only in MS-Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Abstract should be in Times New Roman 12, with a line spacing of 1.5
  • The decision of the committee shall be final

The Case Report should be submitted in the following structure

  1. Title
  2. Key Words
  3. Introduction
  4. Case Report
  5. Conclusion
  6. References

What should be included In the Case Report

  • Title: Shall mention condition/management and convey what is special or unique in the report (the condition, management or outcome).
  • Introduction: What is already known related to the case report and available evidence (literature).
  • Case report: Brief summary of Presentation, Investigation, Preparation, Management and Outcome of the case (ONE MOST RELEVANT, IMAGE / GRAPH / ILLUSTATION / TABLE TO BE ADDED).
  • Conclusion: The take home message in terms of any part of case being reported such as the investigation, preparation, management and outcome.
  • References: Two most relevant references.
