Dear faculty and delegates,

We, the organisers of ASPA 2017, would hereby take this opportunity to invite you to submit your abstracts (original research articles, case reports) to make this academic fest an educational chronicle.

The details of submission of the abstract are as follows

  • Deadline for the submission of abstracts - 15th April 2017 mid night
  • The Scientific Committee takes privilege to invite abstracts for ASPA 2017.
  • Last date for abstract submission is 15th April 2017.
  • No further submissions will be entertained later.
  • Candidates whose abstract have been accepted will be intimated via e-mail by 15th May 2017.
  • Registration to Conference is mandatory for the presenting author.

Guidelines for Submission of Abstract

  • Abstracts must be original and must not have been published in any journal.
  • Abstracts should be submitted through online module only.
  • Abstract content should be in English and should not exceed 250 words/ 1500 characters.
  • This excludes Author & Co-Author Names, Affiliations, Title & References.
  • Up to 3 images can be uploaded within the abstract.
  • Abstract should be uploaded only in MS-Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Abstract should be in Times New Roman 12, with a line spacing of 1.5
  • The decision of the committee shall be final

The Abstracts should be submitted in the following structure

The abstract shall contain the following headings

  1. Title
  2. Introduction
  3. Methods
  4. Results: ONLY 1 most Relevant Table/Image/Graph/Illustration is MUST.
  5. Conclusion
  6. References (ONLY TWO) most relevant.

What should be included In the Abstract?

1. Title To be complete, relevant, including relevant statistical terminology.

2. Introduction - To contain Background and Aims. Primary and Secondary Study Criteria clearly defined.

2. Methods - To mention

  • Ethical Committee Permission, Patient Consent, Duration of Study,
  • Inclusion exclusion Criteria,
  • Sample Size Calculation based on Power of Study
  • Randomization Technique
  • Statistical tests used including P Values.
  • Tests of Comparison and Version of Software used.
  • Definitions of Grades, Scoring Systems, Confounding Variables

4. Results

  • Demographics
  • Results of Study Criteria / Parameters (Primary and Secondary)
  • Adverse / side effects.

5. Conclusion: To be brief and relevant.

6. References: Two relevant references (ONLY TWO) to be added.
